This is NOT just coaching. This is immersion, transformation, and high-performance mastery.
UPX Island Shadow is a one-of-a-kind coaching experience that blends Certified High-Performance® Coaching, 9D® breathwork, NePoPo® dog training, and an Island adventure—all designed to help you step into your full potential as a Role Model and leader in the dog training industry.
You’ll spend two full days and three nights on Prince Edward Island (PEI), Canada with me, working on:
- Focal Points, Clarity and Project Time so you can perform at your highest level and get something important "personally or professionally" accomplished while you are here.
- CHPC® coaching sessions & breakthroughs to get to know each other better, begin the transformation process, and create a lasting impact.
- Dog training around the Island to refine your craft and strategy.
- 9D Breathwork experiences to release tension and stress, negative emotions & trauma and increase your clarity, focus and energy.
- Island adventures, bonfires, beaches, boating, fishing and more are designed to give you some newness and adventure while you are on the island. (activities are weather dependant)
The Island immersion is just the beginning. After you leave, you’ll continue with 10 more private one-on-one coaching sessions, giving you the full Certified High-Performance Coaching™ experience.

Step 1: PEI Island Immersion (3 Nights, 2 Full Days)
• Small group on PEI (only 3 people per visit)
• Dog training projects, coaching, and strategy sessions
• Somatic breathwork for clarity, stress release, and performance enhancement
• Outdoor adventures—beaches, kayaking, fishing, bonfires under the full moon
